Jeunesse Reserve™ - Flying Crew must read

I have been flying glamorously for several years. Everybody is still amazed at this job "sky-high" job with free staycation of at least 3 stars hotels (depending on airlines) and travel for free to amazing nature Australia, always-seemed-so-faraway United States and sitting in an European cafe sipping hot cappuccino with snowy view and never-ending stations available.

However when there is an advantage, it will comes with a disadvantage. Nothing is free anyway. Although we work only a few hours and rest for a few days & earn more than an average office job, we have to sacrifice our YOUTH and HEALTH. Being up in the air constantly, makes us exposed to undesirable environment. Breathing in recycled air (means oxygen level are lower and how about having sick people on board?), nearer to the exposed sun (Poor pilots, you know what I mean), eat & sleep at the weirdest hours (If you are a medical personnel, you should know our organs need to rest at specific timing).

So what happened after our health deteriorate? We will fall sick eventually and the odd resting patterns do not help much & only contribute to a more fatigue body (My heart and prayers to those with cancers and heart-attack). Well, for me, I always fall sick when flying to the other half of the earth (Sometime I suspect the air or food is the culprit). After every duty, my body does not belong to me anymore where the ache can be overwhelming and my last encounter was crumbed legs while I was lying on my bed and sleeping 12 hours is not exaggerating at all. I'm just too disheartened at the time and quitting is always in my mind with the question "WHEN?". Do not take it wrongly. I love my job. I still loved to work with my colleagues and served strangers. However, with my age catching up and my plan of having children makes me wonder (fertility can be an issue for older flying crew).

So what did my fellow colleagues and office colleagues recommend? Eat healthy and exercise!!! Yes, it is true but my health is dying. My last exercise session requires 3 days to recover. Damn it, I sounded so old but I'm not, my body is OLD!

I am glad that I came across Jeunesse Reserve™.

"We can never bring my money in our graves but we can use money to enrich other lives" ~ Crystalxue 31-Dec-2015

What is Jeunesse Reserve™???

It is an antioxidants that resist oxidative stress and premature ageing, containing Resveratrol (Who say red wine is good? This is the reason.)

Why we need to have antioxidant?

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, natural health expert, nutritionist and midwife (Dr Doni) refers in the article that oxidative stress is due to the oxygen we breathe in and the process to convert it to energy will generate FREE RADICALS. However, unforeseen environment will cause MORE free radicals that damages our cells and stressed your body.

7 signs of oxidative stress
- Fatigue (Needless to say more, our job is highly fatigue based)
- Memory loss and/or brain fog (Tell me 1 second before and next second I will forget, who don't have this experience)
- Muscle and/or joint pain (Ouch ouch ouch)
- Wrinkles and grey hair (Thanks to makeup and hairdye)
- Decreased eye sight (Please write BIGGER and neater)
- Headaches and sensitivity to noise (With the massive amount of work, who doesn't have headaches)
- Susceptibility to infections (Please no more SARs-related viruses)

Dr Doni has few recommendations but I can follow NONE. How about you?

Why Jeunesse Reserve™?

I find it very convenient to carry anywhere and all natural, without making sure that i have ate enough berries or not and no more red wine drinking~~

What it can do

"We can't defy aging but we can prevent it" ~ Crystalxue 30-Nov-2015

Yes I have started my path into promoting heath enhancing and Anti-Aging products. It is logical that this plan will work because when your health is deteriorating, your appearance will not be at its utimost. Your body will show signs early to warn you but how many of us really take actions of it. Even if we did take actions, how many of us really improved?

When I reaches the age of 30, my face started to look dull and my body is gaining weight or not losing weight even with exercise. On top of that, I cannot get enough rest and I can sleep till 11 and yet have a nap in the noon because I still feel tired. I feel 40 because of how my body reacts to fatigue.

So I understand my own body is complaining to me that something is not right. I choose to go for facial and even sign up laser treatment packages but to no avail. In order for my body to regain energy, I popped vitamins and choose to eat better (No more junk food) but I only get more tired everyday after work.

Lucky for me that I discovered Jeunesse products that regained my energy and I must say that it works for me instantly and I can stay up late at night and yet wake up early the next day fresh out of the oven.

This post will only illustrate the instant results of jeunesse instantly ageless. However the con is that it is not permanent that last up to 8 hours but with frequent application, it may reduce wrinkles and eyebag (However this product only heal external damage, I will touch on internal damage in the future). Good things doesn't come perfect. It works like botox and yet without the need of pain (excellent for fear of needles), high cost (the time spent on you by the plastic surgeon is only five minutes but cost will be few hundreds) and the convenience (self application anytime and anywhere without appointment or travelling time to the clinic)

Finally, do note that you should always buy from direct distributor (like me) who has account in Jeunesse and in addition the willingness to look after your health and beauty & not just look after at their own commission.

Cheers, and stay pretty and healthy.

Just too happy not to blog

Photos taken few months back on our birthday where I get to enjoy to longest birthday ever as I get to leave on my birthday morning and reach USA in the evening.

Just too delighted that my life has been the most wonderful with new house coming, Increasing my investment portfolio to $50,000 and building up my company.

And yet I see some people still going around cheating others' trust. As a finance student, not only i learn academic intelligence, i learnt about emotional insight. If you intend to spare your money, be sure that you can get something back out of it. Whether it is food, products, services, it can be a lesson learnt with all monetary gone.

In business module, integrity is one of the theory part and I was wondering why are they teaching such simple and by-default theory? Now I understand that some people are not educated or taught about it at all. Just reminded me of the gold-buyback scheme and that kidnapper's phone call to my grandparents. Yaya, it's stupid and obvious but hey let's face it. Humans are emotional beings that tends to trust others too much. It is even worst when it involves someone who you thought you will whole-heartedly trust them.

Finally, I thanked other students who gets to score from my quiz QNA provided during the times I did mine. Note that it is not providing an easy way to get answers but it is a form of sharing where I DON'T HAVE all correct answers and sorry that I don't share GBA or notes or whatsoever. As this is not a free portal and I'm not a teacher. (PS. Unless you are my classmates and we share and learn together as a form of consideration)
